Getting Your Message Across
That is the goal of marketing. For me, the term is best described as “market-oriented business management”. And with that, it becomes the main responsibility of every brand owner. I support this as an expert. I know useful tools and connections, act as a sparring partner, or even take on all marketing tasks entirely.
Marketing Is Not Just Marketing
Just as extensive as the required knowledge in marketing is, so too are the tasks themselves. At its core, it is largely about organising market-facing activities—both online and offline. The aim is to develop plans for how products or services will be sold. Sales plays a major role here, either as an equal partner or even steered predominantly by marketing functions. It is also about ensuring that the brand presentation is consistent with the idea and concept—through logo, slogan, website concept, choice of colours, tone and language, and, ultimately, the communication channels used, both online and offline. PR, marketing, and social media are certainly also at the heart of marketing activities.
For Projects, as Interim Manager, or Freelance as Needed
Depending on the task, I am able to familiarise myself quickly and efficiently with the subject matter thanks to my extensive experience as an expert. I regularly look beyond the obvious and provide necessary feedback—if desired. I love working in a team and integrate quickly into existing structures. I am happy to work with “new” agile working methods such as Scrum or with innovative project management tools like Asana or Notion. I also like to stay up to date via Slack. Whether on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even long-term and ongoing basis—it’s all possible. Let’s have a chat.
