In order for things to come into being, you need a plan! Ideally, a good one that defines goals, milestones, and the steps to get there. Project management is essential – without it, nothing works. And personally, I prefer to do it digitally. Of course, you can use Excel, but there are far more productive, efficient, and effective ways. That’s why I prefer using digital tools like Asana or Notion. Slack is also helpful as a digital messenger. According to Asana, productivity increases by 45% with their digital tool.
